This Agreement ("AGREEMENT") is made this day of , 20 between Spur Community Foundation, (“SPUR”) an Idaho corporation with exempt public charity status under IRS Code 170(b) (1) (A) (vi) and (“DONOR”) to create a non-endowed donor advised fund (“FUND”) with Spur. All persons and entities making contributions to this FUND shall be bound by the terms of this Agreement. All gifts to the FUND are irrevocable.
