Anaheim Blvd, Suite 620, Anaheim, CA 92805 and Republic EVS LLC., (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”), with a place of business at 16182 Gothard St., Suite V, Huntington Beach, CA 92647, with City and Contractor sometimes individually referred to as “Party”, or collectively referred to as “Parties”.
