This Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter referred to as "MOU") is entered into on this 8th day of August, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date") by and between the International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-Tertiary and Higher Education (QAHE), USA (hereinafter referred to as "QAHE"), and the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education and Research (ANACEC), the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter referred to as "ANACEC"). QAHE and ANACEC shall collectively be referred to as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party."
