Throughout this Agreement, the City and the Agency individually may be referred to as “Party” and may be referred to collectively as “Parties” to this Agreement. All entities that enter into an agreement with the Phoenix Fire Department for dispatch services, as listed herein in Exhibit A, will form the “Phoenix Fire Department Regional Dispatch System”.
