It shall operate and have geographical jurisdiction over the area comprised of Metropolitan Toronto, the Regional Municipalities of Peel, York and Durham, which will also include the Counties of Dufferin, Simcoe and Victoria, and that part of Peterborough and Northumberland and counties west of H ighway 28, which includes the Town of Port Hope; the City of Cambridge and the County of Brant. The Local sha ll also have jurisdiction over the regional municipality of Niagara and over all bargaining un its, locations, Employers that were formerly covered by Local 681 C.U.B.S.M. which was amalgamated with Local 204 on September 1, 1992.
