Plaintiffs and Defendant are collectively referred to as the “Parties.” This Settlement Agreement is intended by the Parties to fully, finally, and forever resolve, discharge, and settle the Released Claims (as defined at Paragraph 1.29 below), upon and subject to the terms and conditions of this Settlement Agreement, and subject to the final approval of the Court.
