This College and Career Access Pathway Partnership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into this 15th day of August 2022 by and between the San Mateo County Community College District, a community college district formed and existing under the law of the State of California, having its principal business address at 3401 CSM Drive, San Mateo, CA 94402 (“COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT”) and the Middle College at Cañada College having its principal business address at 4200 Farm Hill Blvd, Redwood City, CA 94061 (hereinafter called “SCHOOL DISTRICT”).
