We make every effort to value your time and we reserve your appointment time just for you. We ask when you reserve an appointment that you make every effort to keep that commitment. We understand that personal emergencies occasionally occur, an we always take that into consideration when receiving a last minute cancellation. The criteria for a less than 24-hour cancellation fee to be waived are limited to incidents such as a car accident, injury or death.
