This Contract on Split-Off is entered into by and between on one side, Soda Sanayii A.S., the headquarters of which is at İş Kuleleri, Kule-3, 4. Levent/Istanbul and which is registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry Office under the registration no 495852 (it shall hereinafter be referred to shortly as “the Soda”) and on the other side, Camiş Elektrik Üretim A.S., the headquarters of which is at İş Kuleleri, Kule-3, 4. Levent/Istanbul and which is registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry Office under the registration no 351328 (it shall hereinafter be referred to shortly as “the Electric”).
