This Master Clinical Study Agreement (“Agreement”), effective as of the date of full execution hereof (“Effective Date”) sets forth the terms and conditions by and between AbbVie Inc. (“AbbVie”) and The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston; The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, The University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler; The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston; The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center; The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, and The University of Texas at Austin (“Institution” or collectively, “Institutions”), each a member institution of The University of Texas System (“System”).
