201_ (“Effective Date”), by and between RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMER (hereinafter “Customer”), and the CITY OF MESA, an Arizona municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Arizona (hereinafter “City”). From time to time Customer and City of Mesa shall be individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
