This Solutions Agreement (“Agreement”) is between 21st Century Cyber Charter School (“Client”) and Remote-Learner US, Inc. (“R-L”) (Client and R-L are each a “Party” and are, together, the “Parties”) and is effective as of the Effective Date. This Agreement incorporates the provisions of and is governed by the Master Agreement. All terms not defined herein or in a Work Order executed concurrently herewith shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Master Agreement. This Agreement is a Services Agreement as that term is defined in the Master Agreement. Services are provided subject to any policies identified in the product descriptions above. R-L’s policies are available at https://www.remote-learner.com/policy-documents. In no event shall R-L’s total liability for any damages of any kind arising from or under this Agreement exceed one-half of the Total Fee set forth above (the “Damages Limit”), which Damages Limit shall be Client’s exclusive remedy against R-L regardless of the cau
