This amended lease agreement is made and entered into with an effective date of January , 2015, by and between the City of Wichita, a Kansas municipal corporation (Lessor) and WIB, LLC, a Kansas for-profit limited liability company (Lessee). This agreement shall replace the lease agreement entered into between the parties on March 18, 2008, and all subsequent amended lease agreements.
