This Joint Stipulation of Settlement and Release (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Plaintiffs Toni Fore and Diamond Griffith (as hereinafter defined) and the class of individuals that they seek to represent (as hereinafter defined) and Defendant (as hereinafter defined) (together “the Parties”) to fully and completely settle Toni Fore v. Froedtert Health, Inc, Case No. 2:19-cv-01488 (E.D. WI) (the “Class and Collective Litigation”).
