The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) and United Way of Amarillo & Canyon (Contractor), who are collectively referred to herein as the "Parties," to that certain 2-1-1 Texas Information and Referral Services Contract, effective September 1, 2015 and denominated HHSC Contract No. 529-16-0006-00014, as amended, now desire to further amend the Contract.
