This agreement (the “Agreement”) shall serve to confirm the agreement between Orlando/Orange County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Inc. d/b/a Visit Orlando, located in Orlando, Florida (“Partner”) and Frontier Airlines, Inc., located in Denver, Colorado (“Frontier”) regarding the promotional program as fully described herein (the “Program”). Partner and Frontier are sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
