In consideration of the services of Progressive Surf Camps, INC. DBA ENDLESS SUMMER SURF CAMP, their agents, owners, Jason Senn, officers, volunteers, participants, employees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf including surf camp sponsors, the State of California, and their members or agents, and Surfing America (hereafter collectively referred to as “Endless Summer”), I hereby agree to release, indemnify, and discharge Endless Summer, on behalf of myself: my children, my parents, my heirs, assigns, personal representative and estate as follows:

DBA ENDLESS SUMMER SURF CAMP, their agents, owners, Jason Senn, officers, volunteers, participants, employees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf including surf camp sponsors, Hurley International LLC, Nike Inc, the State of California, and their members or agents, and Surfing America (hereafter collectively referred to as “Endless Summer”), I hereby agree to release, indemnify, and discharge Endless Summer, on behalf of myself: my children, my parents, my heirs, assigns, personal representative and estate as follows:
