This Intergovernmental Agreement for Substitute Teacher Consolidation Services (hereinafter referred to as this “IGA”) is made and entered into by and between Sedona-Oak Creek Joint Unified School District #9(hereinafter referred to as “DISTRICT”) and Yavapai County through the Yavapai County School Superintendent also known as the Yavapai County Education Service Agency (hereinafter referred to as “YCESA”). DISTRICT and YCESA may each be referred individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
