In this Master Service Agreement (referred to as these “Terms” or this “Agreement”), “we”, “us,” “our” or “Tykn” will refer collectively to Tykn B.V.., registered at SATURNUSSTRAAT 14, 2516AH, THE HAGUE, THE NETHERLANDS under Chamber of Commerce Number 6890544. The terms “you”, “your”, or “Customer” will refer to you. By accessing the Services on behalf of an organization, then you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and promising to us that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms (and, in which case, the terms “you”, “your”, or “Customer” will refer to that organization).
