Italcultura (herein referred to as "IC") is committed to providing its students, teachers, guests (herein referred to as "Member or Members") and employees with an environment that is as clean and safe as reasonably possible. The cooperation of our Members is required to best achieve this goal. To that end, in consideration of accessing ItalCultura and its premises, classrooms, language classes, events, equipment, supplies and services, (herein collectively referred to as the “Facilities”), we ask Members to acknowledge and agree with the content of the present Health and Safety Agreement as follows:
