The following is a Vehicle Storage Agreement (“Agreement”) between Hot Rod Locker, LLC, a Texas limited liability corporation and the individual(s) named above (hereinafter the “Lessee”), and covers the non- exclusive agreement by the Lessee for car or vehicle storage (the “Vehicle”) within Hot Rod Locker’s facility located at 723 South Cherry Street, Tomball Texas 77375 (the “Facility”), under the following terms and conditions.
