We are the author and publisher of the internet resource www.fusioncharts.com, and have developed the Software (as defined below). It is important that you spend time reading the terms and conditions of this Software Retail License agreement (“Agreement”) as they constitute contractually binding obligations between us and which are enforceable in a court of law.
