This End User Agreement, and the agreements, policies and documents incorporated herein (this “Agreement”), is entered into by and between NextLevel Associations Solutions, Inc. d/b/a HomeWiseDocs.com (“HWD,” “we” or “our”) and you (either as an individual, or as an authorized representative of a business entity, “you”). This Agreement states the basic terms and conditions that govern your access to and use of the homewisedocs.com website and its subdomains (the “Website”), and any Content and Services (each defined below) made accessible through the Website (collectively, the “HWD Platform”).
