The following Standard Terms and Conditions are referred to in the “Performance Agreement” between CUMBERNAULD THEATRE TRUST and the visiting company, here by known as the Producer. The Performance Agreement is actioned on the basis that these “Standard Terms and Conditions” are an integral part of that Visiting Company Performance Agreement for CUMBERNAULD THEATRE TRUST.
