This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the Epicor Master Customer Agreement (or other such titled written or electronic agreement addressing the same subject matter) between Epicor and Customer (the “Agreement”) whereby Customer acquires (and Epicor provides) Services and this DPA reflects the parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Information, as defined under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
