THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED LEASE AGREEMENT is made and entered into between CITY OF SARATOGA, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called “Lessor” or “City”, and the SARATOGA AREA SENIOR COORDINATING COUNCIL, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation, hereinafter called "Lessee" or "SASCC," as of the Effective Date specified below.
