AMENDMENT TO MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDINGFebruary 12th, 2024
This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between HD Supply Facilities Maintenance, Ltd. (HDS), 701 San Marco Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32207 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln, Lancaster County and the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) dated December 12, 2022 executed under City Directorial Order No. 29128, and County Contract C-22-0928, dated December 20, 2022, and executed by the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission, on November 29, 2022 , for Janitorial Supplies and Equipment, MOU140, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
