THIS OWNER/CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT (this “Agreement” or “Contract”) is entered into to be effective the 12th day of May 2021 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Teton County School District No. 1, State of Wyoming (“TCSD” or “Owner”), and FieldTurf USA, Inc., a Florida corporation (“Contractor”). Together they shall be referred to as the “Parties” and individually a “Party.”
