These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Paid Exposure. (“Company” or “Paid Exposure”) governing your use of the Paid Exposure Platform (as defined below), Company’s website (https://www.Paidexposure.com or the “Site”) and mobile applications (the “Apps”). The Paid Exposure Platform and related services provided by Company, the Site, and Apps, including without limitation communications and information (whether in writing, orally, or otherwise howsoever) provided by Company to potential and actual Promoters, Sponsors and Agencies (all as defined at Section 1) in relation to the services, together are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Paid Exposure Platform or PEP”).
