The Transport Accident Commission (TAC) isa Government-owned enterprise, established under the Transport Accident Act 1986 to reduce the social and financial cost of transport accident injuries to the Victorian community. We pay for treatment and support services for people injured in transport accidents, promote road safety in Victoria and improve the state’s trauma system.
