The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers and The City of New York by and through the New York City Department of Information Technology & Telecommunications agree, effective as of (“Amendment No. 3 Effective Date”), that the modification set forth in this amendment No. 3 (the “Amendment”) is made to the 23 January 2014 .nyc Registry Agreement between the parties, as amended (the “Agreement”).
