These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") apply to the products or services provided by FirstDigital Communications, LLC, a Utah limited liability company (together with its affiliates, "Company") to the person or entity (the "Customer") identified in a valid and binding agreement setting forth the type, quantity, rates and term for each product or service (“Service Agreement”). These Terms incorporate and include the terms, conditions and policies that are: (i) set forth in an addendum, schedule, exhibit or amendment to these Terms, (ii) set forth in an applicable Service Agreement, and (iii) set forth at www.firstdigital.com/legal/universal Terms of Service.
