(“AssistiveWare”), collectively called parties (“Parties”), concerning your access to and use of the simPODD application (“Licensed Application”) as well as any other media form, media channel, website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, “Material”). You agree that by using the Licensed Application, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
