You may cancel this Agreement, without penalty or obligation, within three (3) days after the date your enrollment payment is received. This Agreement may be canceled by either party without any penalty or further obligation at any time. Upon cancellation of this Agreement, you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amounts paid unless the Guarantee above applies. Notwithstanding the foregoing, should this Agreement be cancelled after the initial 3 day right of rescission (see attached Notice of Cancellation), GCFL may charge you a cancellation fee of up to $200.00 to cover processing fees, set up fees, handling fees, and regulatory fees occurred on your account.
