This Rider to the iMIS Usage Agreement (the “Usage Agreement”) is effective between Client (“Client” or “You”) and OpenWater Software, LLC (“OpenWater”, “We” or “Us”), a Delaware Limited Liability Corporation and an affiliate of Advanced Solutions International, with an office at 1800 Diagonal Road, Suite 600, Alexandria, VA 22314, and governs access to and use of the OpenWater platform and Services provided to Client by OpenWater. All terms not defined in this Rider have the meanings defined in the Usage Agreement accessed at www.advsol.com/terms. If there is any conflict between this Rider and the Usage Agreement, this Rider will control for the purposes of resolving the conflict.
