Term: This Master Retail Agreement (this “Agreement”) dated as of April 30, 2012 (the “Effective Date”) shall, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section 8 below, (a) have an initial term commencing on the Effective Date and ending on April 28,July __, 2013 (the “Initial Term”), and then (b) continue to remain in effect to the extent extended by a SOW (as defined in Section 6.c. hereinafter), if any.
