This Agreement shall govern all shipments arranged for by BROKER as a property broker and tendered by it to Carrier for transportation by Carrier. This Agreement shall be effective one year from the date of execution and shall automatically renew on the anniversary date unless canceled by either party in writing on 60 days notice.
