This IBM Customer Agreement (called the “Agreement”) governs transactions by which Customer purchases Machines, licenses ICA Programs, obtains Program licences, and acquires Services (including, without limitation, customised development and support, business consulting, and maintenance Services) from IBM Australia Limited ABN 79 000 024 733 (“IBM”).
