THIS CONTRACTED SERVICES AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is entered into on the __ day of ______________, 20__ (the "Effective Date") by and between Tulsa Zoo Management, Inc., an Oklahoma not-for-profit corporation ("Tulsa Zoo'') and ____________________ for itself and on behalf of its present and future affiliated entities (collectively “Contractor”).
