THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of the 1st day of November, 2022, by and between the MICHIGAN STATE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, a public body corporate and politic ("Authority") and JDickie Management, LLC d.b.a. Association Management Resources- Michigan (AMR-MI), a Michigan limited liability company (“Contractor") to comprehensive, solution-focused event planning, coordination, and management services. (The Authority and the Contractor are collectively referred to as the “Parties”).
