This PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of August 15, 2018 (the “Execution Date”), by and between ARB Oklahoma Holdings, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Seller”) and GulfMark Energy, Inc., a Texas corporation (“Buyer”).
