This Publisher Delivery and Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is by and between Bidfluence, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Bidfluence”) and you (“Publisher”). This Agreement is made effective immediately upon logging in bidfluence.com website. Bidfluence and Publisher are sometimes referred to herein as, a “Party,” and collectively as, the “Parties.”
