MAINTENANCE SERVICES CONTRACT is made to be effective as of the 1st day of November , 2020, (the “Effective Date”) by and between the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority (“the Authority” or “CTRMA”), a political subdivision of the State of Texas, and Kapsch TrafficComm USA, Inc. (“Contractor” or “Kapsch”) with offices located at 8201 Greensboro Drive, Suite 1002, McLean, Virginia 22102002, McLean, VA 22102.
