(“Selectel”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Nevada, with offices at 1825 N Bell Street, Fremont, NV 68025 and Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York with offices at 125 High Street - Oliver Tower, 7th Floor, Boston, MA 02110 (Verizon and Selectel may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
