This Data Processing Addendum (“Addendum”) is entered into as of the date of signature of the SLA by and between SpaMedica Limited (the “Controller”) and insert subcontractor name (the “Processor”), referred to in this Agreement as the “Parties” and severally as the “Party”. This Addendum will terminate when the Processor Ceases to process the “Controller Personal Data” as defined below, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Parties.
