THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into at Evart, Michigan this 14th day of MARCH, 2011, by and between the Evart Schools, (hereinafter called the "School District"), and Howard B. Hyde (hereinafter called the "Administrator"). This Agreement shall commence July 1, 2011, and end on June 30, 2014, at which time this contract shall terminate, subject to all the covenants and conditions of this Agreement.
