This Mutual Confidentiality and Nondisclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into effective , 2018 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the Society for Cardiovascular and Magnetic Resonance (“SCMR”) and (“XYZ”) to assure the protection and preservation of confidential information to be disclosed or made available by the parties to each other in connection with certain discussions and negotiations regarding a possible support relationship between the parties with respect to the SCMR clinical data registry (the “Authorized Purpose”).
