University of Cape Town (UCT), a university incorporated in terms of the Higher Education Act, 1997, and the statute of the University of Cape Town, as published and gazetted on 24 January 2020 in Government Gazette No 41, 42967, herein represented by Nadia Ebrahim, in her capacity as Contracts Manager of the University of Cape Town and she being duly authorized thereto, having its principal place of business at Bremner Building, Lower Campus, Lovers’ Walk, Rondebosch, 7700 (hereinafter referred to as “UCT”) of the first part;
