The Community Fund has established a Three-Way AgreementThree-Way Agreement • February 11th, 2003
which involves a partnership between itself, local authorities and Councils of Voluntary Services, to provide accurate information to communities about the Community Fund's procedures, programmes and priorities, with the aim of targeting funds more effectively to projects in high priority areas or to projects which meet other priorities. These priorities are currently a fair geographical spread of grants; equal opportunities; the development of the voluntary sector; and small and community based projects. This fund has less money available than in previous years.
