Please refer to the attached memorandum from Jeff Boyle, Director of Parks, regarding the Larks Park Lease Agreement. For several decades, Fort Hays State University has operated Larks Park. The City is happy with the arrangement and would like to continue the lease with Fort Hays State University. Jeff is suggesting a few minor modifications to the agreement. The result is that our cost for the lease should go down slightly.
